If the person doesn't feel like trying the experience, the gift voucher is non-transferable by name, meaning it's not issued to a specific person's ID (or: the gift voucher is not nominative). They can easily give it to someone else without any problem 😉 However, if they want to give it a try despite feeling nervous, we are used to reassuring jumpers beforehand—it's completely normal, and we are happy to take that time ☺️ If there is a refusal to jump, a "second chance" voucher will be given to come back and try again within 3 months, with a better idea of what to expect to prepare more effectively 💪
